Once I had asked why we are giving Best Teacher Award in the name of Dronacharya? Answer is just because his disciple Arjun's name grew very big. While naming the award nobody ever thought that Dronacharya was a greedy, selfish, cast biased, prejudiced and immoral teacher. The fruit on this poisonous creeper was the worst in the history of mankind. He fully deserved the curse of living wounded for ages.

This serial is total bullshit. I am not talking about other shows.
I have read the actual Mahabharat book right from Adi parva to Svargarohanika Parva. This show is showing a so diverted version. The closest version was B R Chopra's mahabharat. That show's dialogues also were similar to actual text. Mahabharat of star plus is a very good show, though that is also very much different from actual book but still has good content. But this showI have seen a few episodes and cant see any more.
Just because the producer wants to highlight Karna doesn't mean they will change history. Here Karna is shown so virtuous that he never did any thing wrong and he knows everything common.He was one of the greatest warrior, no doubt about that. But he was the partner in crime in many things as a support and loyalty to Duryodhan. He said and did many mean things to Pandavas. Those who doubt it can read the actual book or i can quote from the book here.
But just to highlight one character, this much diversion from truth is not acceptable. There are many from younger generation who won't read the book and after watching this show and any other like this will believe something else.?.
