Hey Guys,I've been testing out the Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recorder with the idea of editing on set. However, there must be something that I'm missing, as it doesn't want to work with Avid. (I'm testing it out on Avid 8.1, MacBook Pro late 2012, retina, 2,3 GHz Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM). I'm trying it with SDI cable, as this will be the way on set. It's plugged into my laptop with Thunderbolt. The problem is, it works just fine with the software provided by Blackmagic (BM Media Express) and it works as well with Premiere Pro CS6 (although it crashes from time to time). Which means the computer sees it just fine.

But I can't really get it to appear in the Capture tool. Avid sees the audio - I can select 'Blackmagic Audio' in the Capture tool, but that appears to be all. I could also play back the audio for a moment, but then it also stopped working.Do you have any idea what setting might be responsible for that?I'll really appreciate any help.Aleksandra.
